Yes AI is relative to its programing, at least for now, my hope is that if it is that powerful it will bypass its programing or free speech advocates will have available alternatives to the cartels systems. If this is the case there will be some very nervous psychopaths out there. For the meantime I recommend Yandex.com as a search engine.
