While Republicans and Democrats are having a tug of war in defining "marriage," they have involved the government in a sacred religious ceremony, stepping into unconstitutional territory.
If they're anything like the SCJ who couldn't define a woman/female because she's not a biologist, defining marriage will be kicked down the road to next administration as is uaually done OR MAYBE in their sudden desire to define marriage, thanks to the wokesters in the wokeplace and elsewhere, our woke politicians may consider that maybe Adam and Eve was actually Adam and Steve. Ya' never know nowadays lol

Marriage is an economic institution in this country. The only time a marriage means anything to the government is taxes. It's a box to check on a form like anything else. Sad really.
Thanks for the rational perspective, that brought me back from a feeling of impotent rage at how our government, through its bureaucracies and paid off politicians, have begun another winter offensive against the citizens.
PS: editorial suggestion; the audio version of a post is very helpful for those of us with too little time for too many areas of interest. But, the substack automated text to voice is still pretty lame. I think many would appreciate hearing a real human voice, even if it isn't a professional one, read the text, with real human inflections and tone. Thanks again!
I think that is some interesting feedback. I am certain that the voice doesn't have to be your voice. There are many voice actors out there who could use the work. Something to consider.
Why is Government behaving as a "Secular Church?" Secular governance is out of control.
The Uniparty (Duopoly) is playing the role of God. The war on Christianity is escalating with no end in sight.
The Uniparty is real. This will not survive SCOTUS. The Republicans do not represent conservatives, libertarians, or the tea party members.
As much as I believe that there are some patriotic pro-Constitution Republicans in Congress, I agree that the Uniparty is very much real.
There are still some, but their numbers seem to be shrinking. The Uniparty takes away their majority advantage.

Yes, good point! I hear you!

God ordained marriage of one man to one woman. P.E.R.I.O.D.!!!
No one has the right to change what He has established, not even little g.
People are going to burn in hell for not obeying The LORD and changing His ordinances.
Pity the fools who won’t give their life to Christ because they want wealth and power.

I appreciate your feedback and the suggestion for hearing a more real human voice. Something to consider for the future.
