The job of the vast federal police force is to protect and serve the regime. We are their enemy.

Thank you for commenting! Indeed, it is this "regime" that, over the centuries, has morphed into a monopoly of public-private partnerships that disregards or devalues fair government treatment of individuals in an individualist system.

Excellent piece of work. Never know when they may come a knockin!!

Thank you for the article! Indeed, I believe everyday folks need to be prepared with a script of legal responses "when they may come a knockin!!" It is important that we assert our constitutional rights and maintain them.

Expand full comment

There is no script of legal response with the Feds! The only legal response to these feckless cowards is SILENCE!! Keep your Mouth Shut! They want you to sing like a canary! That's what they count on for convictions besides informants!

When they do come knocking on your door, the worst thing you can do is open your door and start talking to them! You never, never, ever have any reason to talk to a federal agent, not even to say hello! They will make things up and implicate you for anything they want! If they can do it to President Trump, they can easily do it to you! It is not your civic duty to volunteer any information to them and do not allow them to use scare tactics!

I appreciate your thoughts. To clarify, by referring to a "script," I meant a set of short and simple responses (including absolute silence) such as stating that you will not talk to them without first consulting with an attorney. Thank you, again!

Nearly 25 years ago cypherpunk Len Sassaman got a visit from the FBI over an email sent from an anonymous remailer which he maintained. He had no idea who sent the threat and had no way to find out. The issue? A vivid and ugly threat sent to a judge - if I recall correctly the angry person sending threats was steamed about about Ruby Ridge.

So here we are nearly quarter a century later and a) the internet is still being used to threaten judges b) The FBI is still investigating threats to judges and c) the FBI still doesn't quite get how the internet works and they question a lot of people and cast their net wide.

So none of this is new. Unfortunately.

Kam St.Martin, I hope you get justice for your cousin.

Thank you very much for sharing your insight! Indeed, the case with cypherpunk and cryptographer Len Sassaman is a reminder that certain tactics from "law enforcement agencies" rarely change.

Of Course, it's not like fentanyl, cocaine, meth, child sex trafficking, and violent criminals are coming over the border; the looney cowards associated with the U.S. Government alphabet agencies have to go after the "soft targets," you know, like pissed off (for a good reason) law-abiding, tax-paying U.S. citizens (PTA moms, Christians, and the like). This country has stooped to a new low! Not sure how they are going to handle things when the shit hits the fan!

Thank you for commenting! Indeed, you hit the nail on the head with the "U.S. Government alphabet agencies have to go after the 'soft targets,' you know, like pissed off (for a good reason) law-abiding, tax-paying U.S. citizens (PTA moms, Christians, and the like)." And with respect to law, order and security at the Southern border, it is really a matter of enforcing the current laws on the books. There is every conceivable rule of law in place -- that currently refuse to be upheld.

What people don’t understand is the digital age we live in often ends up hurting us more then we think. I’ve seen people get fired from their jobs over posts. It doesn’t surprise me the FBI tracks posts. I don’t use these platforms. I don’t like to display my family photos and opinions for that reason, I’m a private citizen, though I’m sure I’m tracked in other ways like even this post.

Thank you for commenting! I hear you loud and clear! On the one hand, social media is a powerful communications medium, allowing folks (e.g., writers) to create and share content with people in their networks. On the other hand, to your point, social media monitoring has exponentially increased in recent years, but it goes beyond tracking digital conversations. Our data in the form of posts and 'likes' is harnessed to fuel advertising and keep the social media companies' profits flowing.

Dear Rest Of America, here is a great video. I really feared the ambitions of the WEF but they are just a tiny part of the problem and Dr. Shiva used to get 500k likes and is down to 5000 which he says he has been shadow banned over Covid. He has many other enlightening videos as well and speaks the truth. Some of his content may be worth sharing. The one on Tucker Carlson was a

but funny but I lost my respect for him now. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=OEkgZtu_Q2Q

Thank you for commenting! I believe that Dr. Shiva Ayyadurai's federal lawsuit (Ayyadurai v. Twitter) is linked or cited in one of the references (report by The Gateway Pundit in 2021 about the NASED's collaboration with Twitter.) I will check out the video link -- thank you for sharing!

We need the armor of knowledge to prevent these rogue agencies from exercising tyranny as a matter of law, when there is no such law, and no such power granted to them by any legal means. They will continue to push us, until we say STOP.
