I see this predictive programming in Netflix series and movies, they are promoting an agenda. One of the things I think is happening is that the cabal tells us what they are going to do, and then do it. Time and again. It is almost like an "I dare you to stop us" thing. It is difficult to tell which is the predictive programming and what is the vision of a future world, as a warning. One thing for sure Orwell's 1984 was a warning.
As a kid I loved MAD magazine. The spy V spy cartoons were great, then I became one of those and it had even more meaning. In the world of spy-craft it is really impossible to tell the good guys from the bad guys. It is an upside down world.

I often ponder the philosophies, tales, and eventual ends of civilizations that came before us. Every civilization, every society has its rules to live by or tales of consequences when those rules are broken or forgotten or even ignored. I believe they had gone through the same things we are - albeit on a slightly different path. But stories such as The Tower of Babel contain many of the problems we face now, if you can read between the lines. It’s not much of a stretch to say that this too might be predictive programming - though they are more a warning that we, like so many ancient civilizations choose to ignore. The Bible even has The Mark of the Beast, setting those aside for a specially difficult life, easily equated with the microchips and credit cards of today. Though those stories would be to far between ages of understanding to hold such a moniker.
I suppose it is only when the mundane cultural musings come to pass that we suddenly put the various dots together and can claim something as being predictive programming. Remember that the early 90’s had attempts upon the towers, as well as several pandemics that were all well known. Including them into media wasn’t that unusual. In the cases of such scenes in media that seem to warily relate to situations today, I Am on the fence about being predictive programming or even intentional warnings. I do think they are markers that reflect the path we are set upon walking. And if we see the similarities to today, we can be assured that we are headed in the same direction as we were; somehow dead set upon throwing ourselves, and everything around us into the end of our own short lived age.
