It is portrayed that David had no chance against Goliath. However, David was a slinger. Predating bows and arrows, a skilled slinger was deadly dangerous. Goliath is the one who had no chance.

I believe that we can logically identify a problem (i.e., the process and flow of illegal migration) without harboring resentment towards individuals who have found themselves in situations, yearning to flee their homeland and being *permitted* into another country by the authorities. Therefore, I hold governmental authorities responsible but harbor no ill will towards individuals who, in their minds, believe Joe Biden is welcoming them with open arms.
I agree that "the way it should work is that the immigrant would have time to be assimilated into the new environment.
